Membership in Protagonist Cigar Club, and admission to any associated events, is offered at our sole discretion and may be subject to additional terms, fees, and eligibility requirements. Membership is personal to you, is non-transferable unless expressly permitted, and may be suspended or revoked for violation of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be inappropriate.

5. Products & Availability

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. All sales are subject to applicable law, age verification, and our acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the Protagonist name, logos, text, graphics, and images, is owned by or licensed to Protagonist Cigars LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
